Shipping Process

Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement from our warehouses in Brisbane or Melbourne.

Shipping Services: We primarily use Australia Post for shipping, although some orders may ship via courier services.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress to your door.

Returns and Exchanges

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in "as new" condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of "wear and tear" or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund, as these cannot be resold.

Exchanges

Excellent, comfortable, well-made Drafting Chair

Simple to put together, and so very comfortable that a 20 hour day is now a “breeze” - at least in terms of chair comfort and support.
The range of adjustment, and two different height poles makes it even more versatile.

Great choice

My old drafting chair lasted for nearly 40 years but now the seat is falling off so I had to buy a new one . Its hard to choose a chair on the internet because its easy to be seduced by all the eye catching expensive chairs , but when I turn the computer off I begin to think more rationally . Basically speaking , I am looking for a chair that can double as a work chair and one that I can sit back and relax in , something that is sturdy and has a foot-ring . And I would feel pretty ridiculous if I paid a big price on some Scandinavian designed chair . Also I was glad to see this chair has "anti bacterial foam " , the chair I had for nearly 40 years was a bit on the nose around the foam seat area . So I guess that anti bacterial foam is what I need . Its winter at the moment and this chair is quite warm and cozy to sit back in . The cushions are nice and thick very comfortable and good support for my back . I am happy with this chair it is everything I needed at a sensible price , I gladly recommend it .

  • Can I please get confirmation on the type of foam used on the Ergoform?

    It is cold cured moulded foam (it stay in shape for the the entire life of the foam). No latex in its composition.
