The Ergonomic Arm Rest Arm can support up to 11kgs(or 24lbs) of weight effectively relieving 90% of the weight undertaken by your wrists and shoulder. It features two joints that are able to rotate with your arm movements, allowing your hand and arm to move freely but still feel supported.

The Ergonomic Arm Stand fits desks up to 6.7cm thick. It helps maintain neutral wrist position for keyboarding, mousing and other desktop activities. Dual pivot points ensure great flexibility and mobility. Hi Jillian! The height of Ergonomic Arm Rest Arm is not adjustable. You may be interested with the Ergonomic Adjustable Forearm Support Delux, Ergonomic Arm Stand Set and Ergorest Arm Rest. They all have option to adjust the height to suit your needs.

We understand that shipping times are important to you. After all, if you are in pain, the sooner you receive your new ergonomic product, the better. For this reason we have partnered with Skutopia to provide our customers with a quick and reliable shipping service. All orders are shipped from either our warehouse in Sydney or Melbourne. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the ordered being placed. In most instances we use Australia Post (eParcel), however in some instances we will use a courier. A tracking number is provided so that you can track the delivery of your order right until it arrives at your door. We understand that our customers want pain relief and want it quick.

We use either Australia Post or a Courier to ship our products to you. If you choose Standard Shipping, please allow the following timeframes for your order to arrive:
