We understand that shipping times are important—especially when you’re in pain and looking for relief as soon as possible. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process to be fast, flexible, and transparent.

Most products are shipped directly from our Brisbane warehouse, with some items dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne. All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred courier based on speed and cost, giving you control over what best suits your delivery timeframe and budget. We work with a range of trusted carriers, including:

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier selected at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Metro locations: 2–4 business days

  • Regional locations: 3–5 business days

  • Remote locations: 4–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

Most Brisbane-dispatched orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the courier selected.

Express Delivery

Faster delivery options are available on selected items. If express services are available for your order, they will be presented at checkout so you can select a quicker delivery option where required.

International Delivery

International delivery is available on selected products. For New Zealand, this typically includes smaller items such as mice, keyboards, laptop stands, and arm rests. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Local Pickup (Brisbane)

We also offer free local pickup from our Brisbane warehouse (Virginia, 4014) for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. This option will be available during checkout where applicable.
