Most products are shipped directly from our Brisbane warehouse, with some items dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne. All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier selected at checkout. As a general guide:

Most Brisbane-dispatched orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the courier selected.
Express Delivery
Faster delivery options are available on selected items. If express services are available for your order, they will be presented at checkout so you can select a quicker delivery option where required.
International Delivery
International delivery is available on selected products. For New Zealand, this typically includes smaller items such as mice, keyboards, laptop stands, and arm rests. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Local Pickup (Brisbane)
We also offer free local pickup from our Brisbane warehouse (Virginia, 4014) for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. This option will be available during checkout where applicable.
