Our Adjustable Ergonomic Footrest will make sitting at your desk a much more comfortable experience. It does this by elevating your legs and feet while you are sitting. If your feet do not reach the ground when you are sitting at your desk, then an ergonomic footrest will help solve this issue.

Enjoy the flexibility of adjustments with an adjustable tilt between 0 to 30 degrees, and an adjustable height of either 10.5cm, 13.2cm or 14.5cm from the ground.

The Adjustable Ergonomic Footrest also allows you to rock your feet back and forth to promote circulation of your lower limbs and small surface treads which provide a nice gentle massage on your feet.

It also helps to reduce pressure on the lower back by raising the position of your knees and bringing them into alignment with your hips.

Hi, I was wondering, if the price of the footrest includes the shipping, why does $75 dollars get added if I say personal address?

The carrier, unfortunately, charges extra whenever they delivered to a residential address. Due to this, the extra charge is added automatically by our system to the total price of the item you are purchasing.
I live in the Illawarra which is closer to Sydney than the places on your list Why is the delivery charge so expensive?

Our shipping charges are based on the courier's delivery fee. There is also an additional delivery fee of AUD$75.00 for shipping to a residential address.

For this reason we have partnered with Skutopia to provide our customers with a quick and reliable shipping service. All orders are shipped from either our warehouse in Sydney or Melbourne. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the ordered being placed. In most instances we use Australia Post (eParcel), however in some instances we will use a courier. A tracking number is provided so that you can track the delivery of your order right until it arrives at your door. We understand that our customers want pain relief and want it quick.

Help for my desk posture

I had to change my desk setup due to my tennis elbow. One of the things I did was raise my chair and I needed a foot rest as my feet don't reach the floor. Hopefully this helps?
