Steppie is designed for use at a sit-stand desk to make standing more dynamic rather than leaving you fixed in one position.

Its gently curved base creates controlled side-to-side movement, encouraging small shifts in body weight and changes in lower-limb position while you continue working.

The wide, flat standing platform gives both feet a stable surface while still allowing enough movement to introduce variation into periods of standing work.

Standing still is still standing still. Steppie adds movement.

Small weight shifts naturally tip the board from side to side, allowing your ankles, knees and hips to move through slightly different positions while you remain at your desk.

A Sit-Stand Desk Is About Changing Position, Not Standing All Day

Moving from prolonged sitting to prolonged static standing simply replaces one sustained position with another.

Steppie is designed to introduce small, controlled movements while you stand, making it easier to vary how your weight is distributed through the feet and lower limbs.

Use it as one part of a varied working day that includes sitting, standing, walking and regular changes in position.

Movement Happens Naturally as You Work

Step onto the board with your feet comfortably positioned apart. As you reach for something, turn slightly or shift your body weight, Steppie moves with you.

You can also deliberately transfer your weight from one side to the other whenever you want more movement.

The motion is controlled enough that the board is designed to be used while continuing normal desk-based tasks rather than requiring your full attention like a training-style balance board.

Its approximately 56 × 36cm footprint provides enough space for a natural standing position while remaining compact enough to move out of the way when you return to seated work.

Remember to account for the extra height. Steppie raises your standing position by approximately 5.3cm, so your standing desk may need to be raised slightly when you step onto the board.

Easy to Move Around the Workstation

At approximately 2.25kg, Steppie can be moved away from the desk when you sit down and brought back when you want to stand again.

That also makes it practical for flexible or activity-based work environments where equipment may need to move between a locker and desk.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in as-new condition, with all parts included and in original packaging
  • Products that require assembly must be returned unassembled, including removal of gas cylinders for chairs
  • Items returned assembled, incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of wear may be subject to a partial refund following inspection
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, except where the item is faulty
  • Support cushions are non-returnable once opened
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable service

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Additional shipping fees apply
  • Any price difference will be invoiced prior to dispatch

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for funds to appear after approval
  • Refunds may be adjusted for restocking fees or missing/damaged components
Warranty

All No More Pain Ergonomics products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products include extended warranties of 24 months, 36 months, or up to 10 years (refer to the individual product description for details).

If your product becomes faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, you can lodge a warranty claim via our returns portal. We will work with you to arrange either a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

Please note

  • Warranty applies to faulty goods only within the warranty period
  • Warranty outcomes are limited to repair or replacement (no refunds outside the 30-day return period)
  • If a product is no longer available, a comparable product may be supplied
  • Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer
  • Replacement items are shipped at no cost to you

Employer pays

You may recommend the appropriate products in your assessment report, and the employer can then contact us directly to purchase the recommended items. Information specific to health professionals is included on each product page to support report writing and justification.

Insurer pays

You can place an order through our website and select Invoice to Insurer at checkout, or email us the order details directly. We’ll confirm the claim and insurer information, invoice the insurer, and ship the products directly to your client.

You pay

If you purchase products as part of your own service offering, please contact us and we can issue an invoice for your order.
