We understand the importance of receiving your ergonomic product promptly, especially when it provides relief from discomfort. That's why we store and dispatch most of our items from our warehouse in Virginia, QLD, ensuring reliable and swift shipping across Australia and internationally.

Shipping Process

Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement from our warehouses in Brisbane or Melbourne.

Shipping Services: We primarily use Australia Post for shipping, although some orders may ship via courier services.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress to your door.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. All products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund of the product price. Please review our returns policy below:

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in "as new" condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of "wear and tear" or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund, as these cannot be resold.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping or freight costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. If an item is exchanged more than twice, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the associated shipping costs. Please speak to our customer service team to obtain a quote.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
