70–120cm.
Use the controller to fine-tune the desk around your seated position, then

Remember that your final working height also includes the desktop thickness.
Set the completed desk so your shoulders remain relaxed and your
forearms can work comfortably around keyboard height.
Save Three Preferred Working Heights
The digital control panel lets you save
up to three preset heights.
Once you have established your preferred positions, the desk can return to
them without needing to manually find the same setting every time.
You might save a standard seated height, standing height and another
setting for a second user or different working task.
Built-In Sit/Stand Reminder
The control system includes a
sit/stand reminder function to help prompt changes in
working position during the day.
It is a useful feature when concentration makes it easy to lose track of
how long you have been working in one position.
Use the reminder as a prompt to vary your posture, then continue taking
normal walking and movement breaks away from the workstation as well.

Adjustable rubber pads allow small corrections during installation,

The rubber contact points also help protect the floor beneath the desk.
