Add 5°, 10° or 15° Tenting to Your Freestyle2 Keyboard

The Kinesis Freestyle2 V3 Accessory attaches to the underside of your existing Freestyle2 keyboard and raises the inner edges of the two keyboard modules to create a more angled typing position.

Choose between 5°, 10° and 15° tenting to reduce the amount your forearms need to rotate towards a flat, palms-down position while typing.

The V3 is specifically designed for Freestyle2 users who want adjustable tenting without palm supports.

The left and right V-Lifters clip onto the keyboard modules and give you three repeatable tenting positions while retaining the Freestyle2's split and separation flexibility.

What Does Keyboard Tenting Do?

A completely flat keyboard places both hands approximately parallel with the desk, which requires the forearms to rotate towards a palms-down position.

Tenting raises the inner, thumb-side edges of a split keyboard so the hands can sit at a more angled position.

The Freestyle2 V3 gives you three moderate tenting levels, allowing you to select the angle that best suits your body and typing preference.

The V-Lifters use snapping and swivelling legs to move between the three preset positions.

This makes it easy to experiment with different angles without needing tools or permanently modifying the keyboard.

Use It with or Without the Pivot Tether

The V3 works with the Freestyle2's pivot tether in place if you prefer the two keyboard modules linked together.

You can also disconnect the tether when you want more separation between the left and right modules.

This allows you to combine tenting, splay and separation when configuring the Freestyle2 around your preferred typing position.

Designed Specifically for the Kinesis Freestyle2

The V3 Accessory includes a left and right V-Lifter designed to attach directly to the underside of the Kinesis Freestyle2 keyboard.

The Freestyle2 keyboard is sold separately. The V3 is an accessory only and is not compatible with Freestyle2 palm supports. If you want tenting together with palm supports, the Kinesis Freestyle2 VIP3 Accessory Pack is the appropriate configuration.

If your product becomes faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, you can lodge a warranty claim via our returns portal. We will work with you to arrange either a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.
