What is the height of the gliding wrist support?

The Gliding Wrist Support has a contoured shape so it is a bit hard to provide exact height but the overall thickness is around 2.5cm.
I am looking at the wrist support and arm rests. Does the arm rest remove the need for the wrist support or can they work together?
