  • Hi, the shipping information states you ship to NZ. When selecting the chair details it doesn't allow for an 'international delivery' under the 'shipping state'. How do I order for shipping to NZ and what would the shipping costs be. thanks

    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship large items like Kneeling Chair out of Australia. As of the moment, we are only able to fulfil international orders for mice, keyboards and other smaller items.

  • Is the foam in the seat and knee pads a high density foam or low density foam? How thick is the foam? Are the positions of the backrest and the knee pads adjustable?

    Hi Hugh! The seat and knee pads have a high density moulded foam. However the position of the pads are not adjustable.

  • Would this chair be suitable for someone with hip pain?

    Hi Kylie! We suggest you consult first a doctor regarding using Kneeling Chair as we usually recommend to users to have most of their weight going through the seat pan / buttocks.

  • What purpose do you need the back rest for please 🙏

    Hi Ali! Most people require support for their back so we offer the Kneeling Chair with backrest. You also have the option to get one without it as there are some who prefers without the back support.

  • Is the foam in the chairs memory foam?

    They are using cold cured moulded foam and not a memory foam.

  • Purchased and assembled my chair today. Really happy with the build and quality and how it feels etc, have used it straight away. However (as expected) my shins are feeling it a little, is there some info on how to ease the body into this style of chair? I have no doubt the shins will adjust but just wondering the best way to do so, ie. build up time over a few days/weeks and so on. Many thanks

    Using this type of chair definitely takes a bit of getting used to but yields long-term results. You should alternate between standing and kneeling regularly throughout the day.     Further to our phone conversation today I can confirm that the kneeling chair:
    - The backrest is unable to change height, however the whole seat height is able to be easily adjusted. 
    - The chair comes unassembled in a box to be put together by the customer.
