We understand that shipping times are important to you. After all, if you are in pain, the sooner you receive your new ergonomic product, the better. For this reason we have partnered with Skutopia to provide our customers with a quick and reliable shipping service. All orders are shipped from either our warehouse in Sydney or Melbourne. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the ordered being placed. In most instances we use Australia Post (eParcel), however in some instances we will use a courier. A tracking number is provided so that you can track the delivery of your order right until it arrives at your door. We understand that our customers want pain relief and want it quick.

Standard Shipping

We use either Australia Post or a Courier to ship our products to you. If you choose Standard Shipping, please allow the following timeframes for your order to arrive:

  • Metro Locations = 2 - 4 Business Days

  • Regional Locations = 3 - 5 Business Days

  • Remote Locations = 4 - 8 Business Days

  • New Zealand = 5 - 10 Business Days

  • Other International Locations = 10 - 20 Business Days

Express Shipping

We are able to offer express shipping on selected items available from our warehouse. If express shipping is available, it will present as an option during the checkout process.
