Adjustable support for two-monitor workstations

Use Two Monitors Every Day? Stop Letting Two Separate Stands Control Your Setup.

Dual monitors can be incredibly useful, but two separate monitor stands often mean two bulky bases, limited adjustment and screens that are difficult to position comfortably together.

The Computer Monitor Arm - Dual supports two compatible monitors from a single desk-mounted system, giving you more flexibility over their height, angle and orientation while freeing up valuable desk space.

Position both screens around the way you actually work rather than adjusting your body around two fixed monitor stands.

Two monitors. One mounting system. More control over your entire screen setup.

Lift both monitors off their original stands and create a cleaner dual-screen workstation with adjustable positioning and more usable desk space underneath.

Built for People Who Actually Work Across Two Screens

A dual-monitor setup is most useful when both screens are positioned where you can comfortably see and use them.

2

Support Two Monitors

Mount two compatible 13–32" displays from one desk-mounted system instead of using two separate monitor bases.

Adjustable Screen Positioning

Fine-tune your screens to create a viewing arrangement that works with your chair, desk and normal working position.

Tilt, Swivel & Rotate

Change screen angles and orientation to suit different tasks and dual-monitor layouts.

Reclaim Desk Space

Remove two original monitor bases from the desktop and make better use of the area underneath your screens.

Why Mount Two Screens Instead of Leaving Them on Their Original Stands?

Using two monitors often magnifies the limitations of standard monitor stands.

One screen may sit higher than the other. The bases may prevent the displays from sitting close together. You may also lose a large portion of your desk to two separate stands.

A dual monitor arm brings both displays into one mounting system and gives you more flexibility over how the screens relate to each other.

The result is a more adaptable dual-screen workspace with less hardware occupying the desktop.

Position Your Main Screen Around the Work You Do Most

If you use one monitor more than the other, position your primary screen directly in front of you where practical.

Your secondary monitor can then sit alongside it at an angle that allows you to glance across without unnecessarily twisting your entire working position.

If you use both monitors equally, position the screens more symmetrically around your normal line of sight.

i

Your screen layout should reflect your workflow. There is no need to force a perfectly symmetrical setup if one monitor contains most of your primary work.

Adjust Each Screen Around the Way You Work

+90° to -90° Tilt

Adjust the vertical viewing angle of the displays to suit your workstation and preferred screen position.

180° Swivel

Angle the screens towards your normal viewing position or reposition them when the workstation layout changes.

360

360° Rotation

Rotate compatible displays when you need a different screen orientation.

P/L

Portrait or Landscape

Use landscape for wide content or rotate a screen vertically when portrait viewing better suits your workflow.

One Screen Landscape, One Screen Portrait?

A dual-monitor setup does not need to mean two identical screen orientations.

You might keep your primary monitor in landscape for everyday work while using the second screen vertically for coding, long documents, communications, reports or webpages.

The 360° rotation gives you the flexibility to configure each compatible display around the content you work with.

Remove Two Monitor Bases from Your Desk

Two standard monitor stands can consume a significant amount of desk space.

Mounting both screens from the edge of the desk opens up the area underneath them for the equipment and work materials you actually need.

  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Docking station
  • Notebook or paperwork
  • Phone and accessories
  • Desk storage
  • A cleaner, less crowded work surface

It is particularly useful if you keep multiple applications visible simultaneously, reference information on one screen while working on another, or simply prefer a larger digital workspace.

Check both monitors before ordering

Both Screens Need to Meet the Compatibility Requirements

The fact that one monitor fits does not automatically mean the second monitor will also be compatible.

Check the specifications of each individual monitor.

Each screen must be between 13" and 32", weigh between 2kg and 9kg, and use either a 75 × 75mm or 100 × 100mm VESA mounting pattern.

Three Things to Check on Each Monitor

1

Screen Size

Each monitor should measure between 13" and 32".

2

Monitor Weight

Each monitor must weigh between 2kg and 9kg.

3

VESA Pattern

Each monitor must use a 75 × 75mm or 100 × 100mm VESA mount.

What Does VESA Compatibility Mean?

VESA refers to the standard spacing between the four mounting holes on the back of a compatible monitor.

This dual monitor arm supports:

  • 75 × 75mm VESA
  • 100 × 100mm VESA

Check the manufacturer's specifications for both of your monitors before ordering.

i

Using two different monitor models? Check each one separately. They can have different weights, mounting patterns and rear mounting positions even when their screen sizes look similar.

Each Arm Supports 2kg to 9kg

The load rating applies to each monitor individually.

Do not add the weight of both screens together and compare that figure with a single 9kg limit.

Instead, confirm that monitor one is within the 2–9kg range and monitor two is also independently within the 2–9kg range.

Check the weight of the display itself where possible, rather than the packaged shipping weight or the monitor combined with its original desk stand.

Using Two Different Monitors?

You do not necessarily need two identical screens, provided both monitors meet the size, weight and VESA requirements.

However, different monitor dimensions and different VESA mounting-hole positions can affect how closely the top and bottom edges of the displays align.

If perfectly matched screen alignment is important to you, identical or similarly designed monitors will generally create the cleanest dual-screen layout.

Make Sure Your Desk Is Suitable Too

Supporting two monitors from one mounting point places more demand on the desk than a single lightweight screen.

The clamp needs a solid, stable and accessible desk edge with enough clearance underneath for installation.

Check your desk before installation

A Dual Monitor Arm Needs a Suitable Work Surface

Consider the strength and construction of the desktop as well as the monitors.

Fragile surfaces, unusual rear framing, enclosed cable trays or restricted access beneath the desk can make clamp installation unsuitable.

Your desk should be capable of safely supporting both monitors and the mounting hardware at the clamp point.

Set the Screens Up Around Your Normal Working Position

1

Position Yourself First

Set your chair, keyboard and mouse around a comfortable working position before adjusting the screens.

2

Position Your Primary Display

If one monitor is used most frequently, bring it into your main viewing position first.

3

Add the Second Screen

Position the secondary display so you can access it without repeatedly adopting an awkward viewing position.

Two Screens Are Only Useful If They're Positioned Around the Way You Work

A dual monitor arm does not automatically create a better workstation.

What it gives you is considerably more flexibility to position both screens around your normal sitting position and workflow.

Use that adjustment to avoid repeatedly leaning towards a screen, looking sharply upwards or downwards, or turning unnecessarily to see your main working content.
