The Evoluent VMR4 for Mac OS combines Evoluent's established right-handed vertical shape with direct Bluetooth connectivity, so there is no USB receiver occupying a port on your Mac.

Designed for medium to large right hands, its sculpted body supports the hand in a more upright, handshake-style position than a conventional flat mouse.

Six controls, four selectable pointer-speed levels and an extended lower finger support provide the familiar VerticalMouse 4 experience in a wireless configuration designed specifically for Mac users.

Many current MacBooks have limited physical ports, and increasingly those ports are USB-C rather than traditional USB-A.

Because this Evoluent connects directly through Bluetooth, there is no wireless receiver to plug into the computer and no USB-A adapter required simply to connect the mouse.

Pair it through macOS Bluetooth settings and use the mouse wirelessly without occupying a physical port.

Support Your Hand in a More Upright Position

A conventional flat mouse generally positions the palm towards the desk, requiring the forearm to rotate inwards during use.

The Evoluent VerticalMouse 4 turns the working surface of the mouse onto its side, allowing the hand to approach in a position closer to a handshake.

The sculpted body provides dedicated surfaces for the palm, thumb and fingers rather than relying on a flat grip.

Best Suited to Medium and Large Right Hands

Evoluent recommends its regular VerticalMouse 4 models, including the Bluetooth version, for hands measuring approximately 178mm or longer from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger.

Selecting the right size helps the thumb, palm and fingers naturally line up with the sculpted supports and controls.

Controls Positioned Around the Fingers and Thumb

The VerticalMouse 4 platform provides six mouse controls, including finger buttons, a scroll wheel and two thumb controls.

An extended lip along the lower edge of the mouse also provides a dedicated surface for the smaller fingers so they do not need to drag directly across the desk.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in as-new condition, with all parts included and in original packaging
  • Products that require assembly must be returned unassembled, including removal of gas cylinders for chairs
  • Items returned assembled, incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of wear may be subject to a partial refund following inspection
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, except where the item is faulty
  • Support cushions are non-returnable once opened
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable service

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Refunds

Warranty

All No More Pain Ergonomics products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products include extended warranties of 24 months, 36 months, or up to 10 years (refer to the individual product description for details).

If your product becomes faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, you can lodge a warranty claim via our returns portal. We will work with you to arrange either a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

  • Warranty applies to faulty goods only within the warranty period
  • Warranty outcomes are limited to repair or replacement (no refunds outside the 30-day return period)
  • If a product is no longer available, a comparable product may be supplied
  • Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer
  • Replacement items are shipped at no cost to you

You can place an order through our website and select Invoice to Insurer at checkout, or email us the order details directly. We’ll confirm the claim and insurer information, invoice the insurer, and ship the products directly to your client.
