Proper Foot Support When Your Work Surface Sits Higher Than a Standard Desk

The High Rise Footrest is designed for seated work at laboratory benches, high counters, elevated desks and other work surfaces where a conventional office footrest simply does not provide enough height.

Its substantial powder-coated steel frame allows the foot platform to be positioned from approximately 10cm up to 36.5cm high, helping you support your feet while keeping your chair at the height required for the work surface.

The large 45.3 × 32cm non-slip platform can also be positioned flat or angled to suit your preferred foot position.

Set your chair to the correct working height for the bench or desk, then bring the foot support up to meet your feet rather than lowering your chair simply to reach the floor.

Keep the Chair at the Height Your Work Requires

At a laboratory bench or elevated desk, your chair often needs to be significantly higher than it would be at a standard office workstation.

Once the chair is raised, your feet may no longer reach the floor comfortably.

The High Rise Footrest provides a dedicated elevated surface beneath the feet, allowing the chair height to remain aligned with the work surface while giving your feet a stable place to rest.

Adjust the Height and Platform Angle to Suit the Setup

The foot platform can be repositioned through a broad height range and set either flat or angled.

This gives you control over both the height of the support and the angle beneath your feet, so the footrest can be configured around different chair heights and elevated work surfaces.

Once the preferred position is selected, the platform is secured using the side bolts. An Allen key is supplied for adjustment.

Setting Up Your Footrest

Start by setting your chair height around the desk, bench or work surface so you can work at an appropriate level.

Then raise the High Rise Footrest until both feet can rest securely on the platform. Fine-tune the platform angle to a position that feels comfortable beneath your feet.

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in as-new condition, with all parts included and in original packaging
  • Products that require assembly must be returned unassembled, including removal of gas cylinders for chairs
  • Items returned assembled, incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of wear may be subject to a partial refund following inspection
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, except where the item is faulty
  • Support cushions are non-returnable once opened
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable service

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Additional shipping fees apply
  • Any price difference will be invoiced prior to dispatch

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for funds to appear after approval
  • Refunds may be adjusted for restocking fees or missing/damaged components
Warranty

All No More Pain Ergonomics products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products include extended warranties of 24 months, 36 months, or up to 10 years (refer to the individual product description for details).

If your product becomes faulty or malfunctions within the warranty period, you can lodge a warranty claim via our returns portal. We will work with you to arrange either a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

Please note

  • Warranty applies to faulty goods only within the warranty period
  • Warranty outcomes are limited to repair or replacement (no refunds outside the 30-day return period)
  • If a product is no longer available, a comparable product may be supplied
  • Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer
  • Replacement items are shipped at no cost to you

Insurer pays

You can place an order through our website and select Invoice to Insurer at checkout, or email us the order details directly. We’ll confirm the claim and insurer information, invoice the insurer, and ship the products directly to your client.

You pay
